Antis are starting to go after female YA authors (not the male ones though) so it wouldn’t surprise me if there were. It’s really just an excuse to be misogynistic.

Oh, just female YA authors in general, for writing about teenage sexuality, puberty and identity.

Basically the same stuff that pearl-clutching conservatives complained about wrt Judy Blume’s books in the 70s and 80s.
